DialogueTrainer

This post is also available in: Nederlands (Dutch)

DialogueTrainer allows students to practice conversational skills. Teachers can create their own simulation in which students practice conversational skills with a virtual character. The character responds with both text and emotion to the choices a student makes, and these choices lead to a score. One scenario you can create in DialogueTrainer is, for example, a bad-news conversation or a pharmaceutical consultation. Students can practice difficult conversations this way, or you can offer the scenarios in preparation for the face-to-face conversations students have during class.
